Have you asked yourself what a BID (Business Improvement District) is or does? Look no further… the Love Hoddesdon BID recently visited HB Accountants’ new offices and interviewed director, Karen Chase and Marketing Manager, Vicki Foster to find about HB’s involvement and what the BID means to the community of Hoddesdon.
Free Training for Hoddesdon BID Levy Payers and Voluntary Members
Karen is the BID board and chairs the Training and Development Sub Committee. Karen, Vicki and the whole Team at HB Accountants are heavily involved in the Hoddesdon BID and help put together free training sessions for BID Levy Payers and Voluntary Members.
Free Networking for Hoddesdon BID Levy Payers and Voluntary Members
Vicki helps Tony Cox, BID Manager organise monthly breakfast networking meetings, which similarly to the training, are free to BID Levy Payers and Voluntary Members (or £8 on the door – get in touch with Vicki here if you would like to be kept in the loop of future meetings).
Meetings usually attract upwards of 40 attendees which provides a great opportunity to meet other business owners and develop professional relationships – networking is on hold for the moment due to COVID19 safety.
